location: the hotel was short walk to restaurants, ajijic and lopez mateos avenue. the breakfasts were excellent, always with plenty of meals.
Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

Family Vacation Essential
The staff was really fantastic. I still remember how the guard was there to help us feel safe when we returned late one night.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but the overall experience made it acceptable.

Pleasant stay with some quirks
We enjoyed our stay, especially the spacious Beautiful Double Room that accommodated our family comfortably. The pool area was a highlight, although the water was not very clean . Tip, check the breakfast service timing, as our waiter initially had a rough demeanor but improved later on.

Convenient location near shopping malls makes it easy to explore the area. The friendly staff provided excellent service, and I enjoyed the shabushabu during my meals. The room lacked complimentary water bottles and an iron with to be requested separately.

We really enjoyed the clean and spacious Deluxe Double Room, and the delicious breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise! The pool area was also sparkling and peaceful. I'd definitely stay again!
